Refund & Return Policy

How returns work, eligibility rules, timelines, and how to contact support

At Pick N Save Supermarkets Ltd, we aim to provide fresh, high-quality products every time. If something is not right, please review the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, perishable goods cannot be returned unless:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • The item is spoiled, unsafe, or not as described
  • You received the wrong product

Perishable items include: fruit, vegetables, fresh products, dairy, frozen items, bakery, and any opened or unsealed food product.

2. Reporting Issues (5-Day Reporting Window)

If there is a problem with your order — damaged goods, missing items, or incorrect items — you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photographs of damaged or incorrect items
