Deliveries will be made by our approved carrier to the delivery address you provide during checkout. Please ensure someone is present to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.
Safe Place Instructions:
If you request your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, our carrier will follow your
instructions. However, neither the carrier nor Pick N Save Supermarkets Ltd will be liable
for loss, theft, or damage after the parcel has been delivered to the safe place.
If we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days of your order date (as required by UK law), we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date or provide a full refund.
In some cases, orders may be delivered in instalments if certain items are temporarily unavailable. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. If you need to amend your address, contact us before 1 p.m. on the date of purchase. Changes may not be possible after this time.
